Shipping & Returns Policy

At Puffin, we understand that your hygiene and wellness needs are a priority. We are dedicated to ensuring that your orders are processed efficiently and delivered with care.

Order Processing

Every order is important to us. We process all orders within 4 to 6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification as soon as your Puffin essentials have shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated based on your specific location and will be clearly displayed for you at checkout.

How to Check Your Order Status

Once your package is on its way, we will send you an email notification that includes a tracking number.

  • Tracking Availability: Please allow 48 hours for your tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.
  • Convenient Tracking: A link to track your shipment will also be included in your initial order confirmation email for easy access.

If you have not received your order within 6 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us at support@puffinretail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you immediately.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

To maintain the highest hygiene standards for products, we have the following return policy:

  • Return Window: We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused and in their original condition (and packaging) to be eligible for a return.
  • Refunds: We will refund the full order amount, minus the shipping costs associated with the return.

Damaged Items

We take great care in our packaging, but in the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at support@puffinretail.com. Please include your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these situations on a case-by-case basis and will work hard to find a satisfactory solution for you.
