Refund Policy

You have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

• Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received. For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened products cannot be accepted.
• Process: Contact us at support@puffinretail.com to start a return. If accepted, we'll provide a shipping label and instructions.
• Damages: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
• Exceptions: Personal care goods are non-returnable once opened. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method.
